团队介绍

本团队一直致力于微纳电子信息功能材料与器件的应用研究,目前主要研究方向及内容为:

1、 温湿度、气敏传感器的制备:主要包括硅基、二氧化锡以及压电传感器的表面织构化、光电性能研究以及无源无线器件化应用。相关研究成果主要用于食物、档案储存,智能家居、工业工控行业保障与安全等领域;

2、 纳米材料与器件的制备与表征:采用以扫描探针为主的技术对制备的硅纳米材料与硫化物薄膜进行表面电势、元素掺杂占位等电学性能进行性能评价,建立电子传输模型。相关研究成果主要用于硅基光源、浮栅存储器、薄膜太阳电池等领域;

3、 铁电压电材料的性能仿真:主要包括铁电体及其隧道结的电热效应与压电材料的尺寸效应等。相关研究成果主要用于high-k技术、存储器以及传感器等领域。

近年来,本团队在上述领域内,在国际、国内重要期刊上发表文章约80余篇,申请专利10余项,主持国家自然科学基金,国家重点实验室开放课题与省自然科学基金等多个项目。

  

Micro/Nano Electronic Information Functional Materials and Devices

Our group is focusing on the research of micro/nano electronic information functional materials and devices, our research direction and content cover:

1. The preparation of temperature, humidity and gas sensors: including the surface texture, optoelectronic property study and passive wireless device fabrication of silicon based, SnO2 based and piezoelectric sensors. The research achievement could be applied in food and file storage, smart home, industry safety and so on;

2. The preparation and characterization of nano-materials and devices: using scanning probe technology to analyze the surface potential and doping effects of as-prepared silicon nanocrystal structures and sulfide thin films to build the model of electron transport. The research achievement could be applied in silicon based light source, floating-gate memory, thin film solar cells and so on;

3. The simulation of ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials: including the pyroelectricity property of ferroelectric bulk materials and their tunnel junction, and size dependent property of piezoelectric materials. The research achievement could be applied in high-K technology, memory, sensors and so on.

In recent years, our group has published over 80 papers in international and domestic core journals, applied over 10 patents and held several projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the open project of State Key Laboratory and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province.
